  • Basic Eligibility:

    • All team members are automatically eligible upon employment! 

 

  • Proof of Employment Required by 5/3 Bank:

    • Must present proof of current employment with PetWow to Fifth-Third Bank representative (check stub, etc)

Enrollment

Visit any Fifth Third Bank banking center and provide a representative with the following two items:

  • A copy of PetWow's Fifth Third Banking benefit form which you can obtain HERE.

  • A copy of one of your recent PetWow paystubs which you can access by logging into your account at www.paycor.com.

Schedule recurring payments, so your regular bills are automatically paid each month.
